We have 20 AirJet Looms and can we weave fabric from 190cm width to 340cm wide width.

Type of Fabrics : Plain, Drill, Twill, Satin, Sateen and Oxford

Production : 1 million meters per year.

• Weft Insertion - Automatic Pick Controllers Syncronizes Weft yarn travel and Prevents Weft yarn breaks.
• Electronic Let-Off and Stop-Mark prevention system prevents Stop Marks on the fabrics.
• Centralised Lubrication System
• Toyota Monitoring System - Loom data, Shift data are fed to our computer system.

Toyota Air Jet looms can weave ultra-wide home furnishings fabric, stretch fabric, fabric of different yarn types and counts, airbags, seersucker and fabric with tuck-in selvages.
